HappyCredits are a digital product designed for exclusive use within the Happydemy ecosystem.
HappyCredits do not expire as long as your account remains active or paused for less than 12 months.
If your account is paused for more than 12 consecutive months, any remaining HappyCredits will be permanently lost.
If you delete your account, all remaining HappyCredits will also be permanently lost at the end of the 30-day deletion period.
HappyCredits are non-refundable under any circumstances, as stated in the Terms & Conditions you accepted at the time of purchase.
HappyCredits cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to external accounts.
We recommend you use your HappyCredits actively to take full advantage of all available features and services in the ecosystem.
