Verifying your identity on Happydemy is a quick and secure process designed to confirm that you are a real, unique person — and to unlock all the features of the ecosystem.
We call this process DUI: Digital User Identification.
Where to start:
You can begin to your verification in two places:
Directly from the Home page, by clicking on Verify ID.
From your Account section → Verify Account inside Happydemy Central.
Verification levels:
You can choose between two verification levels:
Level 1 (LV1): Manual verification by our Legal Department (free of charge).
Level 2 (LV2): Biometric verification (faster, fully automated, paid service if not subscribed).
Steps to verify:
Choose the verification level you prefer (LV1 or LV2).
Prepare a valid government-issued ID (passport, ID card, or driver’s license) and a device with a camera.
Follow the on-screen instructions to take a clear photo of your ID.
For LV2, you’ll also take a live biometric selfie to confirm your identity.
Submit your verification request.
You will receive a notification as soon as your verification is complete.
LV2 is typically completed in a few minutes, while LV1 may take up to 48 hours, as our Legal Department manually reviews it.
