Happydemy takes the integrity and safety of its community very seriously. If you violate the rules of the ecosystem or the Community Guidelines, the following actions may be taken depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:
First and second violation: a formal warning and removal of the offending content.
Third violation: permanent suspension (lifetime ban) of your account.
In some cases, a temporary suspension of certain features is imposed before the third warning.
Loss of accumulated HappyPoints, HappyCredits, or invitations may also occur.
You have up to 3 warnings before your account is permanently banned.
All violations are reviewed manually by our moderation team to ensure fair and transparent decisions.
If you believe a decision was made in error, you can appeal by opening a ticket through the Help Centre.
