What happens after I submit a report?

Updated over 6 months ago

Once you submit a report (either for abusive content or for a user), our moderation team carefully reviews it to determine whether it violates the Community Guidelines or other Happydemy policies.

Here’s what happens next:

  • Your report is logged in the moderation system with a timestamp and all provided details.

  • A moderator manually checks the reported content or user and evaluates it based on our rules.

  • If the report is validated, the content may be removed, and appropriate actions may be taken (warnings, suspensions, bans).

  • If the report is invalid (e.g., no rule violation found), no action is taken.

  • You’ll receive a notification in your Happydemy account about the outcome of your report.

  • For every validated report, you earn HappyPoints as recognition for keeping the community safe.

⚠️ Please note: submitting fake or abusive reports may result in warnings or penalties. After 5 false reports, your account may be suspended.
