Yes — your account can be temporarily suspended or permanently banned if you violate the Community Guidelines, the Terms of Service, or other policies of the Happydemy ecosystem.
Suspensions and bans are applied to protect the community and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
Here’s what can happen:
Temporary suspension:
Your account may be temporarily restricted. During the suspension, you cannot log in or use certain features.
This typically occurs after repeated minor infractions or serious misconduct.
Permanent ban:
After 3 formal warnings, your account may be permanently closed. In extreme cases of fraud, harassment, or other severe violations, a ban can be imposed immediately, without prior warning.
A banned account cannot be recovered, and all accumulated HappyPoints, HappyCredits, and invitations are forfeited.
Each case is reviewed manually by our moderation team to ensure fair and transparent decisions.
If you believe your account was suspended or banned by mistake, you can appeal by opening a ticket through the Help Centre.
